PMT employees include office staff, auto-cad draftsman, plant foreman, water jet table operator, machinist, certified welders for steel, stainless steel and aluminum, cutting and fitting personnel and a welding robot operator.

In 2006 PMT expanded their shop to include Water Jet Cutting Services. The water jet is designed with a 50 HP motor that cuts at 60,000 psi and has twin heads. It has a cutting envelope of 6' x 12'. Pick up and delivery of materials can be arranged. The water jet can cut tool steel, mild steel, aluminum, titanium, inconel, granite, formica, ceramic, rubber, glass, plexiglass, laminates, marble, copper, cargon fiber, and most other materials. A water jet can cut steel and other materials up to 12" thick with precision finished edges. A water jet has no Heat Affected Zone as with lasers.

Precision Metal's Robotic Welder is ideal for multiple piece runs. It has a welding envelope of 6' high and a 4' circle. It is a 6 axis machiner. If a person can weld it, so can the robot.
